24 year-old Jesse S. Duncan of Bloomington is behind bars following his arrest on several drug charges including the manufacture/delivery of cocaine and heroin. Members of BPD's Vice Unit and Street Crimes Unit served a search warrant in the 2200 block of Peirce Street, in Bloomington. 9 grams of crack cocaine (worth $900), 2.1 grams of heroin (worth $400), $467 of cash, and evidence of drug distribution were seized as evidence.
