Investigators in Peoria are blaming an elderly woman's death on the bitter cold. Peoria County Coroner Jamie Harwood says it appears that 86-year-old Barbara Crain died Saturday after falling outside her home. Harwood says Crain didn't suffer any injuries from the fall, but was left outside in single degree temperatures. Police say they don't know how long Crain was out in the cold.
