A central Illinois Republican congressman says he'll lead the charge to ban one of the tools used by the Las Vegas shooter. Congressman Adam Kinzinger yesterday said bump stocks, which essentially turn a semiautomatic rifle into a fully automatic weapon, shouldn't be sold. Kinzinger said the stocks 'have no place' in civil society. He wants the ATF to reclassify bump stocks, and make them illegal.
