Developments in the Schock Case

The legal team for Aaron Schock is responding Wednesday after a judge says prosecutors in the former congressman's case made misleading and false statements. In August, Schock's attorneys asked the judge to dismiss a charge he misused government money, accusing prosecutors of telling grand juries Schock failed to testify. They say prosecutors incriminated him by telling jurors he wasn't going to appear. Schock's legal team says "Our reaction is that the order speaks for itself." Motions to dismiss the case are under review.
