Bloomington's mayor says a month off has done him some good. Mayor Tari Renner says he's returning to city hall this week. He took September off as part of a 'temporary medical leave,' but he's not elaborating on what that meant. Renner said on Saturday that he hopes to reorganize his schedule to better handle the rigors of the job. Being the mayor of Bloomington is a part time job, but Renner has said it takes a full time dedication.
