Bloomington's Downtown Task Force Committee's Report

Parking, parks, and public art--that pretty much sums up the initial draft of Bloomington's Downtown Task Force Committee's report. The focus for downtown is to make Bloomington's center more friendly to shoppers and visitors there is a lot of talk about a “catalyst project” for downtown, but no one on the task force committee is saying what that might be.
