U of I Officials Address Free Speech

The University of Illinois' chancellor is reminding students that speech that hurts their feelings is still protected speech. Urbana campus Chancellor Robert Jones sent an email to students yesterday in response to some pro-Trump chalking and offensive t-shirts. Jones says the U of I is not going to ban the shirts or the messages. He says more speech is the best way to counter speech that some people find hurtful.
