A jury will likely get to hear what a Bloomington man accused of killing his wife told police when they first sat him down. A McLean County judge yesterday ruled against Kirk Zimmerman's request to keep his police interview from the jury. Zimmerman's lawyers say police mislead their client during that first meeting. Police say Zimmerman dodged their questions and provided other questionable answers during their interrogation
