Trump Recommends Federal Help For Chicago Violence

Donald Trump continues to recommend solutions for the violence in Chicago.  The President-elect took to Twitter yesterday to point out that the city's murder rate was record-setting in 2016, noting there were 762 murders and over 43-hundred shooting victims.  Trump suggested Mayor Emanuel ask the federal government for help if he can't solve the problem
