One Illinois Republican Congressman Says "Dump Trump," Others Keep Support

More Illinois Republicans are dropping their support for Donald Trump following the release of a recording featuring Trump making vulgar comments about women. Congressman Rodney Davis asked to be taken off Trump's agriculture advisory committee, according to a report on Saturday by the "Decatur Herald and Review," and also called for Trump to drop out and be replaced by vice presidential candidate Mike Pence. U.S. Senator Mark Kirk, also a Republican, called for Trump to be removed off the ballot on Friday. Congressmen Mike Bost, Darin LaHood and John Shimkus both issued statements critical of Trump, but didn't pull support for the Republican nominee.
