David Gill is no longer running for the U.S. House. The Bloomington native announced yesterday that a second U.S. Supreme Court justice has denied his application to overturn an appeals court decision keeping him off the November 8th ballot. Gill was seeking to become the representative for Illinois' 13th Congressional District but he was unable to show he collected the necessary petition signatures.
