A pair of children are dead and two other people are hurt following a six-vehicle collision in Logan County. Authorities say a semi triggered a chain-reaction crash yesterday by rear-ending a van on I-55 just south of the Atlanta exit. Two kids in the van died at the scene while the two other victims were hospitalized. The accident is under investigation.
