Firm Sues To Overturn State's Election Day Voter Registration Law

A Chicago firm is suing to overturn Illinois' Election Day voter registration law.  The law requires counties with populations of 100-thousand people or more to offer election day registration at all polling places.  The Liberty Justice Center filed a lawsuit yesterday in federal court, claiming the policy favors certain voters.
