Democrats at the Illinois Capitol can't quite get the support to ban cities and towns from declaring local right to work zones. The Illinois House tried again yesterday to ban local zones that'd allow cities to exempt companies from some union work rules. The ban fell one vote short. Governor Rauner said the failure by Democrats is a victory for workers and job creators in the state.
