Judge Vacates Schock's Trial Date

Former U.S. Congressman Aaron Schock won't go before a judge in January 2018, as scheduled. Friday, a judge officially vacated all the set pre-trial and trial dates. This comes after Schock appealed to get the charges dismissed, based on a previous judge ruling that vacated a few of the charges. Until the appeal court makes a decision, all further deadlines and dates are on hold
