Prosecutors in Champaign are charging a Wisconsin truck driver with shooting out the windows of other cars along I-74. Champaign County State's Attorney Julia Rietz said yesterday that 53-year-old Kevin Lee Casey of Janesville, Wisconsin used a slingshot to shatter windows in cars as he drove on I-74. The Illinois State Police arrested Casey on Friday after they say he shot out the window of a minivan. Rietz says she plans to file formal charges later today.
