A former pastor in Bloomington-Normal is facing charges for the injuries to his two-month-old daughter. Prosecutors in McLean County filed charges yesterday against 25-year-old Matthew Everly for aggravated battery of a child, reckless conduct, and domestic battery. Investigators say Everly's two-month-old daughter showed up at the doctor with two broken legs and a broken arm. If convicted, Everly could spend the next 60 years in prison.
