McLean County Backs Away From Recycling Mandate
Leaders in McLean County might not be ready to force landlords and business owners to recycle. County board member Ryan Scritchlow says he has a problem with forcing landlords and business owners to do something. Advocates say they want a recycling mandate to meet their goal to have 80-percent of people in the county participating in a recycling program.
