Bloomington State of the City

Bloomington mayor Tari Renner says the city has seen a lot of accomplishments and progress over the last year. During his annual state of the city address, Renner spoke about the progress Bloomington has made in infrastructure improvements and economic development. The mayor says the city is looking to continue to to revitalize the downtown and to bring in more visitors, improve facilities around the city, and bring more business to the area. The mayor also acknowledged there are some communication hurdles and fiscal challenges ahead. Bloomington is looking at a $3 million deficit in its upcoming budget.
