As the result of a Task Force 6 investigation, Cade R. Bray, 40, of Clinton, Illinois was arrested and charged with Participation in Methamphetamine Manufacturing, a Class X felony. He is also being charged with disposal of Methamphetamine Manufacturing waste. He is currently being held in the DeWitt County jail pending a bond hearing. If convicted, these Felonies range from probation up to 30 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections.
