Illinois Governor Rauner Rated Fifth Least Popular Governor

Illinois Governor Bruce Rauner isn't America's least favorite governor, but he is in the top five. Morning Consult released its list of the top ten most and least popular governors in the nation yesterday, and Rauner is the fifth least popular. The poll says 55-percent of Illinois voters disapprove of Rauner's job, just 30-percent are happy with him. New Jersey's Chris Christie is the least popular in America - just 18-percent of voters in his state think he's doing a good job.
