Time Running Out For Prosecutors In McLean County Government Case

Prosecutors in McLean County say they're worried that they may run out of time in a local corruption investigation.  McLean County States' Attorney Jason Chambers said last week that he has until next month to decide if he should file charges against the county's Board of Health for allegedly conducting public business behind closed doors.  Chambers says he's waiting for an opinion from the Illinois Attorney General's office about the case.  He requested a ruling last year.
