ISU Police Investigating Public Indecency Incident

Illinois State University police are looking for a young black man who reportedly put his bodily fluids on a female student's car window Thursday while she was inside the vehicle in a university parking lot near Willow and School streets. The female student said a man performed the sexual act on himself and then fled north on Normal Avenue, police said. He was last seen in the 500 block of Bowles Street. He is described as a heavyset black man, age 19 to 24, about 6 feet to 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighing 200 pounds. He had short hair and a black backpack and was wearing a white T-shirt, red shorts and athletic shoes. Call McLean County Crime Stoppers if you know something about this incident
