A hotel has re-opened its doors in Normal. The Radisson hotel had their grand opening Thursday. The hotel fills a structure that's sat vacant for the past 9 years. The former Holiday Inn got an $18 million dollar make over. It features 158 rooms, as well as a restaurant and banquet halls.
