Chicago will be filing a lawsuit this morning against the U.S. Justice Department over its efforts to block funding for so called sanctuary cities. Speaking at City Hall yesterday, Mayor Emanuel said the Trump administration is threatening to withhold federal grant money if local police departments don't cooperate with federal immigration agents. The mayor called the DOJ's plan illegal and unconstitutional.
