Normal Mayor's Race: Unnoficial Vote Count Show Koos with a 7-Vote Lead

The unofficial vote count shows Normal Mayor Chris Koos holding on to a 7-vote lead over challenger Marc Tiritilli. The official vote count won't be known for two weeks. Marc Tiritilli reportedly says he will seek a recount if the final results two weeks from now are not in his favor.
