Sen. Brady: Grand Bargain is at a Standstill

No spending cuts. No vote. That's how Bloomington Senator Bill Brady is talking about the now-stalled Grand Bargain in Springfield. Brady joined most of the other Republicans in the Illinois Senate in walking away from the deal to raise taxes in exchange for the hope of some business reforms. Brady says the deal would saddle taxpayers with billions of dollars in new taxes while offering zero real spending cuts Democrats are trying to blame Governor Rauner
