Rauner Has Concerns About New Health Care Plan

Illinois' governor says he worries the state 'won't do well' under the latest plan to change Obamacare. Governor Bruce Rauner yesterday at Rivian Automotivi in Normal said the state may lose out if Congress switches to a block-grant program for Medicaid. Nearly three million people, one in four in the state, are enrolled in Medicaid. A block grant may force Illinois to trim back the number of people on its healthcare rolls or charge them for services.
