Plunging Temperatures Later in the Week

 You can expect a frosty back-half of the week.  The National Weather Service says temperatures are going to plummet by Friday.  Highs will be in the teens and 20s up north, into the upper 20s down south.  Forecasters say wind chills will be bitter later this week as well, down to single digits in some parts of the state.
