Normal Set to Approve $1M in Incentives for Rivian to Take Over Mitsubishi Plant

Leaders in Normal are expected to approve a million dollars in incentives that could lure a start-up car company to the old Mitsubishi plant. The city council is scheduled to vote on the incentives for Rivian. The automaker has yet to produce a car.
