Former Coliseum Manager Faces Felony Theft Count

Prosecutors are moving ahead with theft charges against the former manager of the Bloomington Coliseum. Curtis Webb is facing one count of felony theft of government property. Venue works says Webb took money and bought airline tickets. They're not saying how much he took. Webb was the first manager of the Coliseum after questions about spending dogged the old managers and lead them to walk away. Webb is not in custody.
