A Tazewell County jail inmate is accused of planning to stab a pregnant jail guard. Bryan Arnold was charged yesterday with possessing a weapon in a penal institution. Prosecutors say he told another inmate that he was going to attack the guard with a self-made knife. Arnold has been jailed since November 8th on charges of possessing a stolen vehicle and unlawful use of a credit card.

A Tazewell County jail inmate is accused of planning to stab a pregnant jail guard. Bryan Arnold was charged yesterday with possessing a weapon in a penal institution.
