Dec.18th City Council Meeting on "Welcoming" Measure Moved to BCPA

The  December 18th Bloomington city Council discussion about declaring Bloomington a city that welcomes all immigrants, regardless of legal status, is being moved to Bloomington Center for the Performing Arts to accommodate the expected crowds. The council will debate whether a resolution or an ordinance should be adopted with no vote on that particular item expected. The council will have a voting session later in the evening on other matters.
