Union Rallies Against Amazon Bid Over Child Care In Chicago

Union workers are blasting Mayor Emanuel and Governor Rauner for offering billions to lure Amazon to Chicago instead of providing child care for all city families.  The Service Employees International Healthcare union held a rally yesterday at City Hall.  Members questioned why elected officials are willing to empty the bank for Amazon's second headquarters over paying for child care subsidies.  Demonstrators carried signs that read "Babies Before Bezos."
